The ski town of Tärnaby ( TÆRNABY, Taernaby )
is linked to Hemavan to form Tärnaby-Hemavan Ski Resort. The towns are about 17kms apart and your lift-pass covers all the lifts in both towns.
The ski-season starts in November and finishes at the end of April or in early May.
We have Apartments located
right in the village centre ( 4, 6 bed or 10 bed which are on top of the old "SUNDS"
building. Now Tärnaby Fjäll Sports Outlet ) . We
have our TOP HOUSE next to our B&B or our Piste
Apartment
situated in Tärna Fjällby (mountain
village) in Tärnaby positioned right next to 'Hassebacken' ski-slope and
'Linbanan' Chairlift.
We also
rent out the whole of our guesthouse during winter which has 15+3 beds ( see bed and breakfast site ) or a large apartment
with 11+2 beds next door to our B&B. For apartments that
aren't ski-in and ski-out , a FREE bus picks you up from directly
outside your accommodation and takes you to the slopes in
Tärnaby or in Hemavan. ( You just need to present your lift
card to the bus driver )
